Welcome to our website, and thanks for taking the time to learn more about Alternate Systems. Our business is growing, and we are having a lot of fun serving clients and developing new capabilities.
Alternate Systems is an accredited full-service calibration and testing laboratory offering service in our lab or at your facility. We believe in developing our teammates and providing opportunities for growth and work/life balance. We are constantly implementing improvements to our processes and systems.
However, Alternate Systems is more than just an accredited calibration and testing laboratory. We like to build things. Alternate Systems can design and install an environmental monitoring system for a space of any size, and then complete a 21 CFR Parts 210/211 validation, including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ and risk analysis for a complete independent verification and validation package. We can deploy hundreds of data loggers to environmentally map almost any space. As this is being written, we are upgrading a data logging system on a manufacturing machine.
Alternate Systems can calibrate electronic test and measurement instruments, process controls, thermometers, and non-destructive test equipment for measuring plating and coating depth, conductivity, and ferrite content. We can use our X-ray fluorescence instrument to measure and analyze the plating on your parts.
Also, Alternate Systems makes the best film and foil thickness standards in the world!
