In addition to standards testing services we have been manufacturing Mylar film or foil thickness calibration standards for magnetic induction and Eddy current coating thickness measurement instruments since 1994. Now these standards are being provided for manufacturers measuring instruments using new technologies. We make the best film thickness standards in the world! We are now manufacturing film thickness standards for near-IR interferometers and confocal cameras.
